Sun & Soul is located just a few meters from the beach in a village called Midigama. You take in a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean right from your room. Midigama is located between Galle and Matara, which makes it a convenient location for travelling not only on the South coast but also around the island. There are number places to see, such as temples, snake farm or tea plantation, so you will enjoy your time even if you are not a surfer.

Midigama is a surfers' paradise! There are several good surf spots within walking distance, and

two of them - Plantations and Coconuts - are just in front of the hotel. Midigama is not only about surfing; you can enjoy diving, snorkelling and fishing with local fishermen. Recently, sure thing are yoga lessons, they start from November and you can stretch your body through the whole season for reasonable prices. Moreover, it is great spot to rest and relax and get your mind to peaceful set.
